@AlexiaCarcera aww get a wet cloth to get the liner from yuor eye, it's okay mistakes happen hun, if you want to do that under the eye just do it under your botton lashes use Maybelline Ultra Liner Liquid. It drys up faster than most and is easy to use :) P.S don't listen to that crazy chick lecturing you lmao she wrote a damn paragraph xD LOL someone was on her period.. or menopause? :0

@AlexiaCarcera- um, no offense, but why would you be dumb enough to do that. it's like all over the internet when you search up liquid liners. do not apply it on your waterline. it can cause infections in the eyes which could lead to blind eyes. it's a liquid product so it would wash off your waterline the second you put it on. and especially if you share eyeliner with someone [dont], that means all their germs are in your eyes. next time, be smart and look it up.
